30-day returns

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to return

Email hello@elbesea.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable

• Digital music and downloads.
• Final-sale and limited/numbered items (noted on the product).
• Free gifts and stickers included with a purchase.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
